Simple File Encrypter v0.5b

Simple File Encrypter version 0.5b is done.  Tested on Windows, OS X, Linux, and Solaris.

I really screwed the pooch on v0.4b; in haste I published it before it was ready.  There was a bug that caused it to be completely unable to decrypt files.  That’s fixed here.
